Founder & Principal

Tommy founded TL Capital Holdings LLC in 2014 and oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. Under his leadership, TL Capital Holdings LLC has consistently outperformed market returns and achieved annual returns of over 20% since inception. With close to $20MM AUM invested over the past six years, the company has proven itself to be a dynamic boutique player in the real estate investment industry.

Prior to founding the company, Tommy worked for several years as an investment analyst for multiple asset management companies and as an equity research associate at a European investment banking firm.

Tommy graduated magna cum laude with an MS degree in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco and a B.A in Business Economics from UCLA.
